At The Graham Stack Soccer Academy Ltd (The GSSA), we respect your and your child’s privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information.
The GSSA run sport events, children’s daytime clubs and after school activity camps across Hertfordshire.
References to “we”, “us”, “our” and “The GSSA” in this policy are all references to the Graham Stack Soccer Academy Limited and the event, club or activity camp which your child is attending, may be attending or has attended.

What personal information we collect? How will we use the information about you?
We only collect information which is necessary for us to be able to provide you with our service and to contact you to notify you of our forthcoming camps, or in case of an emergency whilst your child is attending one of our activity camps. We want our customers to be the first to know about upcoming camps and ticket availability.
The type of personal information we collect directly from you / or your child:
Full name, email address and telephone number in case of an emergency, gender, date of birth, family circumstances (including your relationship to the child) and which event / camp / after school club your child attends.
By submitting this information you signify your consent to us using this personal data in accordance with this policy.
During our camps, a consent form is completed by the parent/guardian which includes;
Name of child, age and date of birth, any allergies and medical information and emergency contact details.
This information is only held for the specific time the child attends the camp, after which the data is destroyed.
Consent forms are not kept in between camps. A new consent form is to be completed at the start of every new camp by the parent / guardian of the child (children) attending. At the end of the camp all consent forms are securely destroyed. All personal information will be securely shredded.
We are unable to provide you with our services if you do not provide certain information to us, for example emergency contact details which are necessary.
We do not ever share your data or information with any third party.
